Data Storage
EEON is designed with privacy at its core. All your notes, voice recordings, transcriptions, and personal data are stored exclusively on your device. We do not:
- Upload your notes to any server
- Store your voice recordings in the cloud
- Transmit your personal content to third parties
- Create backups of your data on our servers
- Access or collect your notes or transcriptions
Information We Collect
We collect minimal information necessary to provide and improve our service:
- Device Information: Basic device identifiers for app functionality and crash reporting
- Usage Analytics: Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics to improve the app (can be disabled in settings)
- App Performance Data: Crash logs and performance metrics to fix bugs and improve stability
Voice Processing
Voice-to-text transcription is processed on your device using Apple's built-in speech recognition technology. Your voice recordings are never sent to our servers. The AI-powered organization and tagging features operate locally on your device.
Third-Party Services
We may use the following third-party services that have their own privacy policies:
- Apple Services: For in-app purchases, crash reporting, and on-device speech recognition
- Analytics Provider: For anonymous usage statistics (optional, can be disabled)
Data Security
Since your data is stored locally on your device, it benefits from iOS's built-in security features including device encryption, Face ID/Touch ID protection, and secure enclave technology. We recommend enabling a device passcode for additional security.
Data Deletion
You have full control over your data. You can delete individual notes or all data at any time within the app. Uninstalling the app will permanently remove all locally stored data. Since we don't store your data on our servers, there is nothing for us to delete.
Children's Privacy
EEON is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
